Because of his heartworm status, he's available for foster only during his treatment. He'd LOVE to undergo treatment in a home, the shelter will provide food and supplies during his foster time. This sweet guy is super chill, he just wants to hang out. The shelter is FULL, as a result many dogs including Cruise are in the back and out of sight from the public.
