Case #60141821. Steele was born 1/22/23 This gorgeous (and BIG) husky was found as a stray and sadly is heartworm positive. He's available for foster only at this time, while he undergoes treatment. Steele would love a safe home to stay in while his heart heals. Steele has a very husky temperment and can display resource guarding. He likes to run, but will need to be kept calm during his treatment. This will likely be a challenge for Steele and whoever fosters him! He's incredibly friendly, and beautiful! The shelter is FULL, many dogs including Steele are in the back out of public sight. If you're interested in meeting Steele, please inquire at the front desk.
