Meet Chesterfield Chesterfield is a handsome young boy with big, innocent eyes and a heart full of curiosity. Weighing in at 15.5 pounds, this sweet “Mama's boy” takes in the world with wonder before diving in with all four paws. Chesterfield first appeared as a stray alongside his mom, Cleo, searching for kindness and a soft place to land. Now safe and cared for, he's ready to find a forever home—and people—to call his own. This medium-energy guy loves to play, especially when feather wands are involved. When playtime winds down, he's all about the affection—chin rubs, back scratches, and those irresistible booty pats are his favorite. While he may be a bit too big for most laps, Chesterfield is happiest curled up beside you on the couch or lounging nearby, keeping you company. He's an easygoing eater who enjoys both wet and dry food, with a special soft spot for Temptations treats. Chesterfield gets along well with other cats and would likely do fine with a calm dog after a proper introduction. Respectful children would be just fine for this gentle boy. Chesterfield's past hasn't been perfect—he, his mom Cleo, and his sibling were left behind when their family went through a divorce. Despite that, he remains loving, trusting, and ready to bond deeply with his new family.
