Meet Cooper, a 13-pound pup with a playful soul and a whole lot of love waiting for the right home. He's full of energy, full of love, and full of personality. He can be a little wary of strangers at first, but warms up quickly and never looks back. At just 1.5 years old, Cooper still has that puppy energy. He loves to play, chew on Nylabones, and make friends with other dogs. We heard he was great with kids, but there are no children in his current foster home to confirm. He's crate training in progress, and mostly house trained — just working through a little marking here and there.
