Delilah
AvailableDelilah is a calico Domestic Short Hair, nearly 7 years old, living in Las Vegas, NV. She’s a large, adult female who is fully house trained, spayed, and has her vaccinations up to date. Delilah used to be feral and still carries some of that caution, making her a better fit for adult-only homes. Her grumpy expression and unique cauliflower ear give her plenty of character.
About Delilah
Delilah started out fending for herself and her kittens on the streets until a caregiver trapped her, deciding she deserved a real chance. Adjusting hasn’t come easy—Delilah is still nervous with people, but lately some of the Cat Cafe staff have been able to earn her trust and sneak in a few gentle pets. She’s slowly warming up to the idea of a home, though most visitors just get to see her signature grumpy face, which oddly suits her and tends to win people over. Delilah’s ear tells part of her story. She had a severe ear infection caused by mites, which led to a hematoma. It’s been treated, but her ear now has that distinctive "cauliflower" look. She isn’t the type to be fussed over much but does well around dogs and will need a home without young children, since she’s not very tolerant of chaos or being handled. She’ll do best with an experienced, patient adopter who understands what trust means to a shy cat and will let her set the pace. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
