About Leo
Start your journey together! Apply now. Leo's perfect day starts with a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood, followed by playtime with his dog friends, cuddles with his foster mom, and plenty of nap breaks. He’s an endearing mix—part lab, husky, pit bull, and shepherd—whose sweet personality shines brighter than any breed label could capture. While Leo occasionally dashes around the yard, inviting other dogs to join in on the fun, he’s just as happy to relax by your side while you unwind. At only 6 months old, he’s already showing signs of being a laid-back companion, and you can imagine how much more mellow he’ll become as he grows out of his puppy phase. Leo came from a crowded shelter, where he developed excellent social skills with other dogs. His respectfulness continues in his foster home, where he listens to and follows the lead of the resident pups. He’s eager to please, understands structure, and values companionship. Currently weighing 35 pounds, he’s expected to reach 50-60 pounds when fully grown. Leo walks well on a leash, is house trained, and will thrive with continued positive reinforcement training. As a fun fact, with a September 15th birthday, Leo is a Virgo—a sign known for being loyal, gentle, and devoted! They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
