About Buddy
What are you waiting for? Apply today! Say hello to Ricky, affectionately known as Ricky Zoomies! This lively 3–4 month old Labrador Retriever/Hound mix is sure to bring joy, laughter, and plenty of zoomies to your life. Full of puppy energy and radiant personality, Ricky loves to add a dash of mischief to every day—keeping things entertaining and adorable. Ricky’s go-to move is a lively game of “catch me if you can,” especially if there’s a squeaky toy or ball around. Squeaky toys are truly his weakness, and he’s happiest dashing about with them in tow. A home with children or another playful young dog would be ideal, as he thrives on interactive play and companionship. Smart and eager to please, Ricky is already pee pad trained and making great progress with housebreaking. He’s still working on crate training, but when it’s time to wind down, you’ll find him happily curling up in his crate for belly rubs and a cozy nap. Ricky sleeps through the night, occasionally letting out a sleepy little protest, but he settles quickly and is always ready for a new day of fun. He strikes the perfect balance between playful chaos and sweet cuddles, making him a delightful addition to any family ready for a bit of spirited puppy love. Included in his adoption fee are his microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, and his neuter (to be completed through the rescue). If you’re ready to embrace the zoomies and share plenty of laughs and snuggles, Ricky is ready to join your family! Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
