About Kobe

Kobe is a 1.5-year-old bully/redbone coonhound mix who landed in the shelter only because his people had to move—a tough break for a dog who's clearly been cared for. He came in looking great, already neutered, and ready to go. Before Kobe was surrendered, his dad made sure to pass along some solid info: Kobe is fully housebroken, knows the basics, and can even trot alongside a bike. If your goal is to get outside more, Kobe will keep you motivated—hiking, biking, running, he’s eager for it all. Shelter life’s unnerving for him; he looks reserved in his kennel, but take him out and he loosens up fast. He’s a classic wiggle-butt who lights up in the snow and perks up for treats. Kobe’s spent most of his life connected to his family. Now he’s hoping someone new gives him that sense of belonging and lets him get back to the fun he’s made for. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
