Roscoe is an 8-year-old Terrier mix with a short black and silver coat, currently waiting for a home in Thousand Oaks, CA. He has lived most recently at the Kern County Animal Services in Bakersfield, arriving there in March 2026. Roscoe hasn’t had the benefit of an outdoor run and is considered high risk due to overcrowding. This older gentleman isn’t house trained yet, but he’s neutered and has all his vaccinations up to date.
