King came to us as a transfer from another rescue group. He is the King of our hearts, so the name just fit this handsome man. Don’t let that faded face fool you, he isn’t as old as he looks! He is a middle aged man who is an absolute sweetie! He LOVES to give hugs and kisses and just love on anyone who is within his reach. If you are looking for a relatively calm, couch potato buddy, no need to look further! He will cuddle up with you and nap while you read or watch a show. King is not hesitant with new people, but can be head-shy with dogs and cats. If there is a feline friend in the home, we would like to retest him with cats. He can be selective with male dogs, but is fine with most any female dogs. So if there is a dog present in the home, a dog-intro would be required. All members of the household would have to meet King before he could go home.
