Tobi is the spunkiest, happiest little guy there is. He loves to dance in the rain and snow, and his little wiggle butt goes a mile a minute when he's happy. He is an absolute social butterfly and gets jazzed meeting new people or other animals, and he enjoys playing with a variety of doggy friends. He also currently lives with another dog! Tobi especially loves playing fetch and tug and really wants to play with YOU. Tobi is an incredibly playful, energetic boy; he really is a social butterfly. He is eager to learn and would make a perfect best friend! Tobi knows a bunch of important behaviors such as loose leash walking, sit, down, stay, drop it, and so much more. If you have a lot of energy and love to give, Tobi may be a great fit for your home. Tobi is currently in the Carroll University Animal Behavior and HAWS joint program.
