Everything is still new and overwhelming for her, so she's keeping her defenses up as she tries to understand her surroundings. Our team is working with Loretta daily, giving her patience, consistency, and gentle care in hopes of building trust and helping her feel more secure. With time, compassion, and the right environment, we believe she'll begin to relax and show us who she truly is.
