Dotti
AvailableDotti is a young, spayed female Domestic Short Hair living in New Kensington, PA. At just over two years old, she’s up to date on vaccines and is considered medium in size. Dotti is well suited for someone willing to adopt her as a bonded pair with her sister, offering her a fresh start after a rough beginning.
About Dotti
Dotti and her sister Luna came into foster care after being left outside with their young kittens. Since then, Dotti and Luna have stayed closely bonded—they’ll need to find a home together. Both girls can be territorial, which likely stems from their time protecting kittens outdoors, but now that their litters have found homes, they’re getting used to indoor life. They've had some run-ins with resident cats, so a pet-free home is best, or possibly gentle introductions to young kittens after they've settled in. Dotti's history as a nurturing mother is clear—she’s nursed her own as well as rescued kittens, showing a big-hearted, compassionate nature. Both are playful, affectionate, and love belly rubs and grooming sessions. Dotti has had the occasional nasal polyp flare-up, managed with steroid injections; her adopter will need to keep an eye on this but it hasn't caused much recent trouble. These sisters are looking for a home where they can relax and let their playful, sweet personalities show. Click apply to start the adoption process.
