Meet Leonard! Leonard is a handsome 4-month-old American Pit Pull, Rottweiler, Husky mix puppy (littermate DNA test confirmed) with a gentle heart and lots of growing left to do! This fluffy boy is expected to be a large dog when fully grown, so he’s looking for a home with plenty of space to stretch out and play — ideally a house with a securely fenced yard where he can safely explore and build confidence. I'm currently recovering from Parvo and will be ready for adoption around the first part of July. Leonard can be a little shy at first, but once he feels comfortable, his sweet and friendly personality starts to shine. He currently lives with other dogs and cats and does well with both. He would also likely do great with respectful children who understand that puppies need patience while learning the ropes. As a young puppy, Leonard is still working on potty training and crate training and will need a family committed to continuing his training and socialization. He has not yet learned leash skills, so future adventures and walks will take a little practice and encouragement. Leonard is looking for a patient, loving family ready to help him grow into the confident, loyal companion he’s meant to be.
