Meet Winnie! Winnie is a huge personality in a little body! We found him on the streets of west palm fending for his life, so we are not sure of his age but we believe him to be just a couple years old and a chihuahua mix. He is a love bug and will follow you around like your new best friend, so he is best suited for someone who is home often. He is also good with other dogs, although he loves to be the center of attention!
