Arkham is a cute 8-year old male kitty who was brought to the HSOV on March 20, 2026 after he was found on Kinderhook Ridge Road in Newport Ohio. Arkham was not wearing a collar, and he was not microchipped. Arkham has a black-and-white shorthaired coat, a long tail, and an adorable black/white face with golden eyes, a pink nose, and extra-long white whiskers and eyebrows. This good-looking boy is still adjusting to his temporary home 'behind bars' in a small cage. Arkahm is anxious about his new surroundings and people that he doesn't yet realize are his new best friends who only want the best for him (a loving home). He warms up to new people on his own schedule/time frame. Arkham is good with children and also with dogs. Arkham is NOT good with other cats. Arkham was given vaccinations, flea treatment, and Pyrantel dewormer on March 20, 2026. He weighed 10.1 lbs that day. Arkham has already been neutered, so he could leave our shelter with his new family immediately with an approved HSOV adoption application.
