Someone said he was “thriving” out there… but yeah, no. Thankfully, a kind human stepped in, and Feline Good Rescue brought him inside where he clearly belongs. And surprise—Bruce is not a tough guy. He’s a total cuddle bug. His foster (who’s seen a lot of cats) says he’s one of the most special they’ve ever had.
