Meet Gertie Okay, so let’s address the elephant in the room. There is something about my appearance that might make one have a need to feel insecure? But am I insecure about it? Nope! I’m a dog. My toofers are meme gold. There’s an entire genre out there dedicated to cute doggies with underbites. And you can be part of it if you adopt me. I consider myself lucky to have such a distinguishing characteristic. Plus, I have a petite figure, three different colors in my coat. An extra stripe or arrow on my forehead pointing down towards my boop spot aka my nose. Perfection personified. I’m a young gal and sadly did come into the rescue with a litter of baby puppies that all passed away. I tried my best to be a good Mom but lack of proper nutrition and immunities for my babies was just too tough a current to row. I won’t have to go through that hormonal trauma ever again. Rescue doggies are spayed and that means I’m a forever baby now. Yes! So now, instead of worrying about finding food or raising pups, I spend all my time PLAYING. I enjoy playing with dogs.
