Latto is an approximately 1–2-year-old spayed female who could not get any sweeter. She came in with 18 dogs and 6 other cats after a welfare complaint was called in and investigated. All this girl wants is lovins and head scritches, and maybe a window to sit in front of. Latto is good with dogs and other cats and is fully vaccinated and microchipped.
