About Callie Fiorella
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Callie Fiorella truly lives up to her name, meaning beautiful little flower. Once residing at a gas station alongside several generations of her offspring, all her babies have now found loving homes, and Callie is ready to find hers. Around 3-4 years old, Callie cherishes her sunny window spots, and loves to play solo or with her feline companions in her foster home. She enjoys chasing a laser pointer, indulging in catnip, batting at soft mouse toys, and savoring her wet food treats. This sweet girl blossoms with time and patience; while she may be shy at first, she will start to follow you and happily accept gentle pets. Though not usually a fan of being picked up or sitting on laps, she is making wonderful progress and growing more comfortable every day. Callie Fiorella is suited to a quiet home, preferably with other cats, and is content with older children but truly enjoys the calm presence of adult company. Currently thriving in her foster environment, she's looking for someone to help her bloom in her forever home. All cats from the Animal Rescue of Southern Illinois are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations appropriate for their age, microchipped, and tested for FeLV and FIV before adoption. Your new best friend is just one click away.
