Robby is a 1–2-year-old neutered male tabby and white cat who, while timid, is sweet as can be. He came in with 18 dogs and 6 other cats after a welfare complaint was called in and investigated. Robby is good with other cats and dogs and is fully vaccinated/microchipped.
