Raven was rescued from the streets of Cleveland, Texas where a local elderly man was doing the best he could to care for multiple dogs that weren’t truly his. Wanting a better life for them, he reached out for help, and Raven made her way into rescue to get the chance she deserves. Raven is a very sweet, gentle girl with a fun, energetic side. She loves chicken heart treats, her lamb chop plush toy, playing with her Kong, running around the backyard, and soaking up belly rubs. She’s also perfectly happy relaxing and napping near her people—she truly enjoys being close to her humans. Raven is potty trained and crate trained, and she does great with her routine—she’ll run straight from her kennel to the back door when she needs to go out. She already knows commands like “sit” and “leave it” and is continuing to learn. Raven is working on leash skills and building confidence when she’s not right next to her people, as she prefers to be close and connected. She has a great balance of playful energy and the ability to settle down nicely after playtime. Raven is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, on monthly preventative, dewormed, and microchipped.
