About Rosie
Rosie is a gentle soul in her golden years, now seeking a soft place to settle down. At somewhere between 10 and 13, her days revolve around comfortable naps—whether it’s in the sunshine, on a couch, or a fluffy dog bed. She perks up for meals and gives that classic beagle voice if she decides something needs saying, but most of the time she keeps things mellow. She does well with other dogs, especially older, calm companions. Rosie's social but independent—she’ll gladly take your affection but doesn’t demand much more. Potty training is mostly second nature to her; she might use a pee pad overnight but otherwise manages well and doesn't cause any trouble around the house, so crating hasn't been necessary in foster care. At 35lbs, spayed, and current on vaccinations, Rosie recently passed her bloodwork. A good oral care diet is keeping her teeth in better shape, as dental surgery is off the table given her age. If you’re looking for a quiet, easygoing companion to share your home with, Rosie might be the perfect fit. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
