Meet Rocky! Rocky might be a senior, but honestly? He’s just a sweet, easygoing guy who still has so much love left to give. If you’re looking for a calm, loyal companion who just wants to be near his people, Rocky is your boy. A few months back, Rocky had surgery to fix a leg injury and spent some time recovering in a foster home. And he absolutely crushed it. His foster family couldn’t say enough good things about him. They described him as a “simple guy” in the best way. Give him some good food, a nice walk, a soft place to nap, and a few belly rubs, and he’s completely content. He’s lived with other dogs (even a tiny chihuahua!) and got along great with everyone. He may also be okay with cats, and he’s open to sharing his future home with another furry friend. Rocky is house and crate trained, though he might need a quick refresher as he adjusts back into a home routine. More than anything, Rocky is just incredibly kind and gentle. He’s the type of dog who makes everyone feel like a friend. He’s also happy to live with kids of any age - he just wants to be part of the family.
