About Olivia

Meet Olivia – the puppy who proves genetics can be… surprising. At just 3.5 months old and 15 pounds (as of 3/6), Olivia is a Golden Retriever / Shar Pei mix… yes, you read that right. Her mama is an AKC registered Golden Retriever weighing about 50–55 lbs, but Olivia and her littermates clearly decided to go their own way in the looks department. Instead of golden coats, they’re all black and look absolutely nothing like their mama — which makes the mystery of their Shar Pei side even funnier. What they did inherit from mom is the personality. Olivia and her siblings are incredibly sweet and almost overly affectionate. Personal space? Olivia isn’t familiar with that concept yet. If you sit down, she’s in your lap. If you lie down, she’s on top of you. If you’re nearby, she would simply like to be as close to you as physically possible. This girl is a professional cuddle enthusiast who believes every human exists mainly for pets, belly rubs, and attention. Lots and lots of attention. And honestly… she deserves it. Like any young puppy, Olivia still has plenty to learn about the world, but with her loving, people-focused personality, she’s going to grow into a truly wonderful companion. If you’re looking for a puppy who will happily be your shadow, snuggle buddy, and full-time affection manager, Olivia might just be your girl.
