Russell has come such a long way since arriving in our care. When he first got here, he was very underweight and clearly hadn't had an easy road. With good food, consistent care, and lots of love, he's filling out nicely and looking better every day - and his sweet personality is really starting to shine. Russell is a social guy who genuinely enjoys being around people. He greets friends with soft eyes and a hopeful expression, and he's happiest when he's close to his humans. Whether it's a walk around the neighborhood or just hanging out together, Russell is simply glad to be included. We're still getting to know him and don't yet know how he does with other animals, so slow and thoughtful introductions would be important. What we do know is that Russell is resilient, affectionate, and ready for a fresh start with a family who will continue helping him thrive.
