About Caleb
Caleb has made quite a journey since first arriving in rescue. He came in stressed and uncertain, but once given a chance to settle, his true personality has emerged—outgoing, lively, and genuinely charming. Caleb is famously easygoing about his space and belongings. He isn’t bothered by people around his crate, food, or toys, which shows how much his old shelter worries faded once he decompressed. Despite being tough to photograph—he’s always on the move—he’s a treat to have around. He adores playing with cats and gets along well with other dogs. At about 8 pounds, he’s all fluff and personality. Caleb is learning his routines and loves getting outside for walks or play. People have found him friendly and approachable, quick to warm up to anyone. He’s both house and crate trained, and he walks beautifully on leash. Caleb is ready for a family who sees him for the affectionate, social boy he is. Out-of-state adopters are welcome, but be ready to travel to Decatur, IN for the meet.
