About Dean Winchester
Meet Dean Winchester! Dean Winchester is a spirited 3-month-old Mini Poodle puppy sporting beautiful merle markings. He weighs 6 pounds and has an affectionate personality that will warm your heart. While Dean has approximately 50% vision loss and 50% hearing loss due to his genetics, he faces the world with joy and love, thriving on attention and cuddles. Since joining his foster home, Dean has been picking up the essentials of being a family pet. Heโs making strides in potty training, often doing his business as soon as heโs outdoors. At night, he peacefully sleeps in his puppy pen beside his brother, Sam Winchester. As with many puppies, Dean is currently teething and enjoys chewing, so plenty of safe toys are essential for his comfort during this stage. He gets along well with people and other dogs, showing confidence in the company of his canine friends. Dean would benefit from having a friendly, confident dog by his side, making a great companion. Because of his vision impairment, Dean will require a patient and understanding family willing to help him navigate his surroundings safely. While prior experience with vision- or hearing-impaired dogs is a plus, it is not a requirement. A physically fenced yard is necessary, and a home with another dog of similar energy will help him thrive. This little guy has a tremendous amount of love to share, and with the right family, he can flourish into a devoted companion. Dean Winchester is fostered in Cincinnati. His adoption fee is $450.00.
