About Henry
Henry is a small Chihuahua mix with an alert gaze and a cautious, sensitive heart. He arrived with a group of dogs who, like him, spent much of their early life without much human contact. Henry is still finding his feet in the comfort of a home setting, and he’s not yet comfortable being touched or handled. As a flight risk, he absolutely needs a very secure, fenced-in yard where he can safely explore at his own pace and his environment remains consistent. Henry isn’t an affectionate lap dog, but he thrives in a peaceful, calm home where co-existence is valued over traditional cuddles. His confidence grows steadily with routine, patience, and understanding, and watching him make progress is a quiet sort of reward. His subtle presence adds something special to the daily rhythm, even if he prefers to keep his distance. Virgos like Henry are often deeply observant and thrive on stability.
