Allow me to introduce you to Q, a charming grey and white senior cat at Caring For Creatures. While we don’t know much about Q’s past before his arrival, we do know he came from a challenging situation and had not received veterinary care since his early years. Unfortunately, he is blind in one eye due to a previously untreated upper respiratory infection, for which we will be scheduling surgery along with a dental examination. Since his arrival, Q has been the sweetest and most gentle companion. He adores attention and loves to be petted. Although he enjoys being held, he seems to prefer standing on his own four paws. He hasn’t shown much interest in cat toys—at least not when people are nearby. Currently, we are unsure of how he interacts with other cats, but we were informed that he lived with three other cats in his previous home. Soon, he will be moving into our senior room with some of our other senior cats. We hope that this new environment will provide him with the comfort and companionship he needs in his golden years. As he settles in, we’re sure he’ll charm everyone with his gentle nature and endearing quirks.
