Sugar Snap is an approximately 1 year old shepherd mix that was found running along Swamp Run Road when a friendly stranger got her and brought her to us. We must confess that staff immediately fell for those beautiful brown eyes...one specific staff member began serenading her with the song Brown Eyed Girl. She is a sweet girl who enjoys chasing tennis balls! And MAN is she fast! Sugar Snap would do well in most homes. She would do just fine with a feline friend, but we would suggest a slow introduction between the two. If a dog is already in the home, a dog intro would be required. She is cautious, but is fine after getting her sniffs in. Everyone in the home would have to meet her before she would be able to go home.
