Blitz is a handsome 1-year-old Shepherd mix weighing about 50 pounds who is looking for his forever home. He's been doing wonderfully in his foster home since being found as a stray with his sister back in January. Blitz is a sweet, affectionate boy who truly believes he's a lap dog! He loves being close to his people and enjoys spending time with his foster siblings. He does great with other dogs, though his compatibility with cats is still unknown. He is mostly housebroken with only the occasional accident and is crate trained. While he prefers being out with his people, he settles in after a few short whines. Blitz also walks nicely on a leash and loves going for walks and adventures. This playful boy enjoys treats, chew bones, and even water, and he has quite the personality—he likes to “talk,” which makes us think he might have a little Husky in him! Blitz would do best with children 12 and older, as younger kids are still untested.
