Linkin
AvailableLinkin is a tricolor (brown, black, and white) male Pit Bull Terrier, about 5 years and 2 months old, currently in Chattanooga, TN. He is a medium-sized, house trained, neutered dog whose vaccinations are up to date. Linkin has special medical needs as he is currently heartworm positive.
About Linkin
Linkin is one of those dogs who quietly works his way into your life. He’s sharp and attentive, always open to learning, and already has a good grasp on basic commands. With guidance, he goes well beyond what’s asked and clearly wants to bond closely with his person. He isn’t sure what to do with toys—it’s clear toys are new for him—but he’s figuring it out. Watching him discover simple joys he missed out on is unexpectedly moving. His gentle, soulful spirit stands out, and even with a tough past, he stays trusting. Currently, Linkin is in heartworm treatment, and TiggerTown will support his future adopter throughout the process. He needs a home that can offer a calm environment and stay consistent with his medical needs. He is looking for a place as soon as possible—he’d be happiest either as the only dog or with a compatible, properly introduced dog. Patience, commitment, and a loving home are what Linkin needs most. If you’ve got a quiet space and want to make a difference for a truly good dog, Linkin is waiting. This could be the start of something paw-some.
