She is a wobbly kitty! She has Cerebellar hypoplasia, sometimes called wobbly cat syndrome! In Flip Flops case this means she walks a little differently, but is still a sweet cat! Though she can use some litter boxes she prefers pee pads and is pee pad trained! She grooms herself meticulously and can scale any bed/soft furniture to get to you for a cuddle! Stairs are not safe for her so her forever home needs no stairs or a way to keep her from accessing the stairs! She prefers to be an only cat but loves all humans!
