Although I have made progress in my foster home, I am still very shy and overwhelmed in an active household. I am presently in an active home with young children and I would prefer to be in a quieter environment where I can become a little lapdog. I am working on potty training and I am crate trained. I live in a foster home with other dogs and I like following them around, and I would do best with a furry friend to show me the ropes. I also live in a home with cats and chickens and I do not pay any attention to either. I am overall a very low key girl that is looking for my furever home. I love being around other dogs. I have a lot to learn about trusting humans. I get along with all other animals. I would rather not be in a loud home. I need a quiet place where I feel safe. All our dogs are spayed/neutered (if six months and older), up to date on rabies and distemper, heartworm tested, and microchipped. Other medical needs diagnosed while in foster care are also treated prior to adoption. MABTR requires a fenced in area from families who own their home, however we DO adopt to apartment complexes and communities where fences are not permitted due to leases and covenants. In these cases a leash law must be enforced. We do not accept invisible fencing. MABTR only adopts to families residing in NE, CO, MO, KS, IA, WY, SD, ND, ID, UT, MT, MN, and NW AR due to the lack of volunteer support in other states, no exception even if you are willing to drive.
