Why choose me? Rocko is as calm and sweet as he can be. He'd been in the interaction pen next to me while his kennel was being cleaned, and he'd sit at the fence quietly watching me with another dog. I'd go to the fence and give Rocko a treat, and he stayed at that spot hoping for more. He was so happy when it was his turn to join me. I don't think Rocko hears well, but he understood that when I held up a treat, I wanted him to sit. He'd take his treats gently and appreciated pets. Rocko's tags must have come off his collar and were hanging on his gate. When I read one of them, it simply said, "I'm friendly." It touched my heart, and I hope Rocko is reclaimed. It makes me sad that he's here. He should be with his loved ones.
