About Hugo

Hugo was born on March 22, 2026, to a rescue mom from rural Utah, sharing the world with 11 siblings. He's outgoing, confident, and has a lot of love to give—he'll happily chase you just for attention. He's still a young pup and will be adoptable once he turns eight weeks old in May. Hugo and his siblings won’t be available for in-person meetings until they move to individual foster homes at sixteen weeks, but virtual meet and greets will be offered so you can get to know him beforehand. As a Northern breed mix, Hugo will need someone ready for higher exercise, training, and care—Arctic Rescue recommends experience with Huskies or similar breeds, or a willingness to do your homework. He gets along well with dogs, cats, and children, making him a good fit in many homes. Fun fact: Born under Aries, Hugo is likely to be bold, energetic, and full of personality.
