Otis is around 5 years old and weighs about 8 pounds. Our special needs boy who is blind is waiting to find a loving home to come adopt him. Ray may be blind but he's full of love and affection. He is looking for a lap to sit in all day, a nice warm bed at night and lots of family arms to make him feel safe. Otis' adoption fee was paid for by a volunteer that couldn't call him her own. He is neutered and microchipped and has age-appropriate vaccinations. A licensing fee may apply.
