Newt is strong little muscleman; he plays hard and while he likes other dogs, his style of play may not be for all. He is currently fostered in a home with 2 other dogs and does well, including sleeping in bed overnight with his human and canine caregivers. Newt is treat-motivated and housetrained. He is reactive on leash but improving his manners with coaching from his foster caregiver. Newt was transferred to Valley Humane on 3/5 from the Tri-City Animal Shelter. He had been found stray. Newt weighs 21.2 pounds. He is a very nice, polite boy. Newt knows the sit command and has overall nice manners.
