About Lucky Piandetosi
Meet Lucky, a small 9-year-old Terrier mix with the heart and spirit of a two-year-old. Don't let his age fool you -- this boy still has a playful spark, a joyful bounce in his step, and a whole lot of love to give. Lucky was adopted by an older woman in 5/2025. He was cherished by his mom, who adored him deeply. Sadly, due to serious health issues, she can no longer care for him and made the heartbreaking decision to ask PAWS for help in finding him another loving place to land. It will be a big change for this boy, but Lucky's sweet nature and affectionate personality should shine through it all. This handsome guy is truly a people-dog. He thrives on companionship and will happily soak up every bit of attention you're willing to give. Cuddling on the couch? Definitely. Following you from room to room just to be near you? Absolutely. Lucky truly bonds closely with his person and simply wants to love and be loved. He is house trained, good with other dogs, and does well with kids. His gentle, affectionate temperament makes him a wonderful family companion. The one thing to know about Lucky is that being left alone is hard for him. After years of constant companionship, he becomes stressed when by himself and will bark if left alone, even for short periods. Because of this, his ideal home would be with someone who is home most of the day -- perhaps a retiree, someone who works from home, or a household where people come and go throughout the day. Lucky isn't asking for much -- just a soft place to land, a steady routine, and a human (or humans) to call his own again. In return, he promises unwavering loyalty, endless affection, and the kind of devoted companionship only a dog who has truly loved can give. If you're looking for a best friend who will cherish every moment by your side, Lucky is waiting to meet you.
