Flash #985 Age: 5 years old Color & Breed: Tricolor Beagle Gender: Neutered Male Weight: 36 pounds Are you looking for a new best friend? So is Flash #985! This sweet boy is down to 36 pounds from 50 pounds, is neutered, house trained, and is as fast as a 5-year-old slightly-chubby beagle can be. Flash eats and leaves no crumbs (which is part of his problem!) He’s on a weight loss journey, although he hasn’t yet been convinced yet that counter surfing and snacking on trash are not part of the plan. He loves to snuggle and is a Velcro dog, so if YOU don’t counter surf and eat out of the trash can, you may be his perfect person! Flash is looking for a family interested in giving him pats and attention and, on occasion, cheese. He likes to sniff and explore but he’d probably also be okay in other backyard situations. He is respectful of the dogs in his foster home, but he’s much more enamored with people. Flash isn’t a fan of when people leave. He will hop in his crate, but he’s going to cry about it. He’d rather people just stay home and hang out with him on the couch. He’ll also find all the tidbits on the floor that your vacuum missed.
