She's already showing how smart she is and understands commands like "no," "down," and "leave it," and she does a great job coming when called. Most importantly, she truly wants to please her people, which makes her a wonderful dog to continue training and growing with. When playtime is over, her softer side shines. She absolutely loves sitting next to her person, soaking up pets, and curling up for cozy naps. She's the perfect mix of fun, affection, and companionship. She would thrive with someone gentle, patient, and active who will enjoy her playful spirit and continue helping her grow into the amazing adult dog she's meant to be. The shelter is open Tuesday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A meet-and-greet is required for all shelter dogs if you already have a dog.
