He comes to us as in owner surrender whose family dynamics changed and were unable to care for him. Dexter is great with other dogs and is house trained. He loves belly rubs and to be cuddled up next to you on the couch. His foster works from home and he often jumps up on her desk chair to sit with her. He is very social and loves everybody he meets.
