This small boy was born with a condition called Cerebellar Hypoplasia that causes him to wobble when he walks and he falls over once in a while. But, he is sweet as pie, loves to play, loves people and will wind around your legs when he wants love and attention. So adorable. He probably could not do stairs very well.
