About Honey N
Honey N is a four-year-old purebred Cocker Spaniel with a heart-melting devotion to her person. She’s been a true 'velcro dog' since the day she was rescued four years ago, following close and thriving on gentle affection. In early 2026, Honey suffered an accident that left her unable to use her back legs. She now wears diapers for mobility and comfort and is not using a wheelchair. Her world has changed, but her spirit remains unshaken. Though Honey has lived with a history of short seizures, her episodes are fully controlled by daily medication coordinated with a neurologist. She hasn't had a seizure in almost a year. She’s a champion cuddler, happiest curled up in your lap for hours, and she’s fiercely loyal to her special person. Honey will need an adopter experienced with the care and demands of a paralyzed dog—patience is essential, as she takes her time warming up to strangers and new dogs. Once she feels safe, she’s incredibly loving, affectionate, and even protective in her own soft way. Her current caretaker is overwhelmed and searching for someone who understands both her physical needs and deep need for companionship. Honey is searching for that rare person or family willing to step up and let her be the deeply bonded companion she’s meant to be. Every animal deserves comfort, security, and love—especially those with special stories like Honey N. Start your journey together! Apply now.
