Meet Boulder! Boulder is an adorable, fluffy young Chow Mix puppy who came to us from one of our trusted shelter partners in West Texas, and we couldn't be more excited to welcome them to the Pacific Northwest as they begin their fresh start. This sweet pup and his/her little family were first discovered outside a local feed store, where a kindhearted rescuer found mama and her four pups doing their best to survive together. Thanks to that timely rescue - and a whole lot of love and teamwork - they are now safe, cared for, and ready to find the forever home they each deserve. They appear to be a Chow Chow mix, though we can't say for certain what they're blended with or exactly how big they'll grow. What we do know is that they're absolutely darling - soft, fluffy, and full of that curious, puppy charm that melts hearts instantly. Familiarity with Chow Chows or similar independent, intelligent breeds can be especially helpful, as they often thrive with thoughtful leadership, consistency, and positive training from an early age. Like any young pup, they are still learning about the world around them. They'll benefit from a home that can offer patience, structure, socialization, and lots of love as they build confidence and learns all of their good-dog basics.
