About Yvette
Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Meet Yvette, a sweet and loving girl who is about 6 years old and weighs around 40 lbs—although she’s looking for a family to help her shed a few pounds with a healthy diet! Yvette was rescued from animal control with another dog, and she’s fitting right in with the shelter volunteers, sharing her affection and gentle spirit. She’s a little shy at first, but give her a moment of calm encouragement and you’ll see her confidence shine, especially during walks or even a fun bath time adventure! Her adorable underbite and loving disposition are sure to make every day brighter in her new home. Yvette enjoys the company of other friendly dogs and, while she hasn’t met cats or children at the shelter, she would likely do best with an introduction and homes without very young kids, just to be safe. She’s doing well in her training, already mastering ‘come’ and ‘drop it,’ and will be eager to keep learning with her new family. Yvette is house trained and has good crate manners. She’s up to date on her vaccinations, spayed, and only requires mild joint support and possibly a future dental cleaning. All she needs now is a furever family who will provide the love, attention, and ongoing encouragement she deserves! They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
