Rosco is beautiful inside and out, he gets along well with other dogs, very outgoing. We are working on leash training. He has been to a few adoption events at the marina mall in Cancun where he loves meeting new people and playing with the other puppies. RESCUE STORY: He was rescued from the streets during a spay/neuter clinic and he’s so good, we kept him at the shelter, rather than release him.
