Frannie is an approximately 2.5-year-old female Chihuahua mix, and weighs around 6 lbs. She was rescued from a small shelter in Oklahoma. Frannie could be an only dog, if included in activities and shown lots of love and attention. She does require a fenced backyard. Frannie is crate & house-trained. We recommend a harness for walking her. She has not been around children but was fine with the ones she met at an outreach. She is dog and cat friendly.
