About Sweetie
Sweetie, affectionately known as "Da Momma," got her nickname for her nurturing ways. Found outdoors just before winter, she not only raised her own kittens but also took countless others under her wing until they found homes. Now it’s Sweetie’s well-earned turn to be pampered. At about 5 years old, Sweetie is confident, affectionate, and happiest as a lap cat. She’ll gladly curl up beside you, always ready for attention. She’s sharp, responding when called—especially if treats are nearby. Her preferred perch is the arm of a chair or couch, from which she surveys the room with easy contentment. Sweetie thrives with kids, dogs, and other cats. Her maternal streak especially shines when kittens are around, but she’d be happy in any calm home where she’s cherished. She’s healthy, up-to-date on vaccines, spayed, and fully housetrained. Born August 10, Sweetie is a Leo—no surprise, given her warmth and confidence. After so much time caring for others, she’s finally ready to be on the receiving end of someone’s devotion. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
